My Mission.

One of the biggest joys for me is to share my passion for movement. It is incredibly fulfilling for me to experience the success of my students: When their posture, mobility, strength, ability to relax, and focus is noticeably improving. But most of all when they enjoy training and have a good time on the mat.

I am happy that BODYART, DEEPWORK and Pilates became a solid part of my life and that I can pass on my passion, knowledge and 15 years of experience in my classes.

After conducting the first BODYART basic education in 2008, I have dived deeper into BODYART Dynamic, BODYART Flow, BODYART Contact, BODYART Rehabilitation, BODYART Stretch, BODYART Update, BODYART Function, Personal Training, Teacher Tools, Post & Prenatal, New Exercises, as well as DEEPWORK and Pilates.

I teach the classes in English, German, Russian and Ukrainian and would be glad to welcome you in one of them.
